What are the staffing solutions that Advance Employment offers?
Temporary Positions
Temporary positions include short term, trial hire and long term temporary assignments. A temporary position offers employers the opportunity to utilize Advance Employment employees for an indefinite period of time - with no hire date in mind. It may mean a week, a month or a year.

Trial Hire
A trial hire position offers an employer the opportunity to evaluate an employee, for a negotiated period of time, while they are performing the actual duties of the job. At the completion of the trial hire period the employer can make an offer of employment to the employee and hire him or her on to the company payroll directly or continue the trial hire relationship. A trial hire staffing solution is cost effective and eliminates the cost of employee recruiting and turnover.

Direct Hire
If your company is searching for an experienced person with a high level of skill within a given discipline and/or someone with a specific degree, Advance Employment can locate the talent you are seeking.

Human Resource Administration
Advance Employment’s Human Resource Administration services helps employers reduce employee turnover and attract better employees by offering competitive benefits, consistent administrative services and professional human resource counsel.

It costs an average of $3,000 to $5,000 to hire a new employee*. This figure includes: advertising, bonuses, applicant/staff travel expenses, recruiter/ interview fees and/or staff lost time. Also included is an estimated 10% for miscellaneous cost.
